His treatment style is Integrative; consisting of Narrative, Existential, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques to inspire and influence change. Therapy with Adejare usually focuses on the influence ones core values, beliefs, and culture/background have in efforts to gain insight regarding presenting issues -- while utilizing strengths to identify and implement positive ways to thrive. What are Restorative Justice practices?
Beneath the greater umbrella of Transformative Justice, there exists Restorative Justice Practices. Restorative Justice is a spectrum of formal and informal practices that exist simply to bring communities together in an orderly fashion. In addition to celebrations, healing, mourning, and other types, Circle Processes are most noted here in the U.S. for addressing conflict by seeking to repair and prevent harm. While existing forms of punitive justice tend to focus on who is at fault and imposing consequences or punishment, Restorative Justice addresses the impact of harm by giving voice to those affected, including victims and other community members. It helps to restore and repair relationships by asking and addressing:
