His treatment style is Integrative; consisting of Narrative, Existential, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques to inspire and influence change. Therapy with Adejare usually focuses on the influence ones core values, beliefs, and culture/background have in efforts to gain insight regarding presenting issues -- while utilizing strengths to identify and implement positive ways to thrive. Adejare is currently taking on new clientele.

  • Per 50 minute Individual Therapy Session: $200.00
  • Per 90 minute Couples/Family Therapy Session: $300.00
  • Speaking, Presenting, and Panel Features: starting at $350.00 /hour

Transformative Justice
​What are Restorative Justice practices? 
Beneath the greater umbrella of Transformative Justice, there exists Restorative Justice Practices. Restorative Justice is a spectrum of formal and informal practices that exist simply to bring communities together in an orderly fashion. In addition to celebrations, healing, mourning, and other types, Circle Processes are most noted here in the U.S. for addressing conflict by seeking to repair and prevent harm.  While existing forms of punitive justice tend to focus on who is at fault and imposing consequences or punishment, Restorative Justice addresses the impact of harm by giving voice to those affected, including victims and other community members. It helps to restore and repair relationships by asking and addressing:
  • What happened?
  • What was the impact?
  • How can we repair the harm?
  • What can be done to prevent this from happening again?    

Using Circle Keeping Practices, Adejare works with people of all ages and stages, holding experiential trainings in hopes of influencing a culture shift which will lead to the abandonment of the use of punitive measures to deal with crime and many other interpersonal conflicts. These 3-day, in-person trainings introduce participants to the core principles and practices of Restorative Justice Circle Keeping. Participants learn the differences between punitive and restorative approaches as well as why Restorative Justice often produces better outcomes for people who have caused and/or experienced harm.  Throughout the training participants engage in activities, games and role plays which immediately put theory into practice.
